Trained as an Architect with over 10 years experience in construction industry. His passion for architecture stem from his studies at the University of Melbourne, where he earned a Bachelor of Environment with a major in Architectural Studies. His early professional journey has taken him through diverse experiences and led to the founding of MAA Design, Mabuco Sdn Bhd, and the official takeover of Chandikhan Bina Sdn Bhd in 2022, demonstrating his commitment to the construction industry. He further ventured into a collaborative effort, diversifying portfolio and positioning MABUCO as MAlayan BUilding COnsortium.
This strategic move sets us on a distinct trajectory, separate from the parent company, Chandikhan Bina Sdn Bhd.
A highly skilled professional architect who holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Melbourne. With over 12 years of experience working in a licensed architect firm, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Senior Associate Director at T&T Architect Sdn. Bhd.
Specializing in both high-rise and low-rise building design, as well as industrial factories, has garnered international awards for his outstanding architectural work.

A seasoned well-known professional with over 35 years of experience in the
construction industry market, specializing in material purchasing, supply chain management, and project procurement. Over the course of her distinguished career, she has been involved numerous high-profile projects across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments such as KL Pavilion, Desa Parkcity Hospital, Putrajaya Parcel C, Parcel D, MOF, KL Eco City, BBCC-Lalaport, Westport.
Her expertise covers every aspect of construction material sourcing and procurement, from initial planning and material selection to managing complex logistics and supply chains. Her in-depth knowledge of building materials, combined with her ability to negotiate and establish strong supplier relationships, has consistently resulted in cost-effective solutions and on-time delivery for large- scale projects.
Jason Tew Siew Yong is an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of experience in the construction and property development industry, specializing in cost planning, tender management, and contract administration.
His portfolio spans large-scale residential, commercial, and institutional projects for leading developers such as Sime Darby Property, Impian Ekspresi, and Primamuda Holdings. Jason has demonstrated strong expertise across all project stages—from feasibility studies and value engineering to post-contract financial management and final account settlement. With a solid foundation in both technical and analytical aspects of quantity surveying, he brings a results-driven and detail- oriented approach, ensuring cost efficiency and contractual compliance throughout project lifecycles.
A seasoned Project Manager who have managed High Rise construction projects for more than 20 years and completed projects closed to RM1.5 billion worth in value. Dennis Lim had led many construction teams to successfully complete projects within budget, time and specified quality & standards. His completed projects including One Menerung Bangsar Condominium, Horizon Residence Jalan Tun Razak and Trinity Condominium.
Dennis Lim has a good record of managing projects from the foundation throughout until completion certificate and handover.
He had handled projects that are complex in construction, site management and environmentally challenging. He has managed projects site within a developing township and with opulent residence within a stone throw away. Ensuring the forward planning of traffic management and construction activities so that the project and residences can coexist.
Johnny Wong is a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the property development and creative industries. He has held key managerial roles in leading real estate developers such as Sunsuria Berhad, TSLAW Land, TAGO (Malaysia), and EcoWorld Development Group, where he successfully led marketing and sales operations for major residential and commercial projects including BBCC, Eco Majestic, Eco Forest, Alaia Titiwangsa, and Sunsuria Forum.

With a degree in Environmental Science, Hun has been instrumental in developing and implementing robust Environmental Management Systems tailored to construction projects. His extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and practices ensures strict compliance with policies, guaranteeing sustainable and environmentally responsible project outcomes. A passionate advocate for environmental protection, Hun is committed to fostering a culture of sustainability on-site.

A highly accomplished Finance Manager with over 9 years of experience in financial reporting, cash flow and treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit, taxation, and corporate finance, with proven success in driving financial performance, strengthening governance frameworks, optimizing operational efficiency, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Experienced in IPO readiness and corporate exercises, including financial due diligence, prospectus preparation, stakeholder coordination with auditors, legal advisors and investment bankers, as well as ensuring compliance with MFRS standards, while leveraging a strong audit background and expertise in process improvement, risk management, and financial analysis to deliver sustainable value and long-term organizational success.
